✨ Internship Journey: ICT Students Step Into Real-World Learning 💻📱
This week, 53 students from three schools completed observational internships at @asiacellconnect , a telecommunications company.
Students received an induction on the company’s structure and visited key departments, enabling them to see how their newly gained ICT skills can be applied in real workplace settings.
The students were highly engaged, asking questions and interacting with Asiacell trainers — a meaningful step toward turning learning into opportunity. 🌟
This initiative is funded by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives @canadadev and implemented by our partner @Mercy Hands.

🌿 Field Update from North-West Syria 🌿
We’re excited to share the latest from our olive fields in Al-Bab District! As part of our commitment to revive Syria’s olive oil industry, our beneficiary farmers are now actively engaging in autumn cultivation.
🚜 What’s happening on the ground?
Soil cultivation is underway — already 4–5 farmers have benefited from early services!
These crucial efforts include weed removal and soil treatment to prepare for winter, which helps:
✅ Boost olive tree growth
✅ Retain soil moisture during Syria`s drought conditions
✅ Prevent disease spread among trees
🌞 Our solar-powered irrigation units are being safely stored for winter, ready to serve again in the next season.
🌱 We’re also preparing our smart olive nursery to produce 15,000 certified olive plants, empowering 75 new farmers with healthy trees and sustainable practices.
Every step we take is guided by our mission to promote organic agriculture, strengthen livelihoods, and build resilience in our communities.
